Shin Rho's Tae Kwon Do

Welcome to Master Shin Rho's school of TaeKwonDo where we practice WTF poomsae. Our family approach to martial arts has something for everyone. Adults lose weight and get into great shape while learning self-defense and releasing stress. Children build confidence, learn self-defense, improve grades, and increase self-discipline. Families improve their relationships while spending quality time together. It's a fun and fulfilling activity for men, women, and children of any age!
